He’s a notorious crime lord, a kidnapper, and an artist.
Scarification is his outlet, and he just captured a new canvas.
Kate refuses to surrender beneath his blade or the cruelty in his beautiful eyes.
But she’s drawn to the man inside the monster. A man who makes her ache with his touch. Who owns her with his kiss.
A man who worships her as deeply as he hurts her.
She can run, but there’s no escape from a bond carved in scars.

Every time I pick up a Pam Godwin book I have no doubt in my mind I will love it. She never disappoints and she never has any qualms about making me fall in love with a monster. This is the fifth book in the Deliver series and for all you peeps that think as a series gets longer and older the books tend to fade, think again… this shit is real. It’s in your face, all up in your emotions, and I’m pretty sure it’ll wreck you.
We’ve known Kate for quite some time and I’m certain she’s not the quiet little church mouse I thought she was. This girl has Mad Skills when it comes to dealing with adversity and the conundrum she seems to find herself in. Stockholm syndrome my ass!!!
Tiago… Jesus Christ this guy is insanely intriguing and handsome as fuck. I can’t imagine the things that go through his mind and essentially his creators mind, God damn Pam are you as fucked up as he is?? (I’m ok with it if you are!)
The supporting character cast start out pretty small just a few people here and there to help Tiago with his quest, but then of course there’s always Van, Liv, Joshua, Tate, Lucia, and the rest of the Gang show up in one way or another!
My mind has been blown once again! Over and over Pam Godwin makes me fall in love with the dark, Twisted, and essentially unattainable anti-hero. The pacing is perfect, the setting and characters are astounding. The storyline is perfection, this entire series is phenomenal. If you have the time and don’t mind dark gritty writing, then pick up the first book in the series entitled Deliver… it’s free. What do you have to lose? Well maybe your mind!
